Mandatory Documents required to Apply for an admission in Australia for global students
➤ Properly and Completely filled COE or common application
➤ Official High School Documents
➤ Admission recommendation (excluded for students who meet COE academic standard norms and scores)
➤ Personal Essay(may be excluded for students who meet the minimum academic requirements of COE admission norms)
Apply Or Extend COE
It is mandatory to possess a valid COE as evidence. A valid COE is required during visa application as well as when your visa is granted. Your current COE gives your current enrollment status to the Department of Home Affairs. If you leave or cancel the course, the department will be informed of the same which will reflect in your visa validity an extension.
Thus, it is solely the candidate’s responsibility to apply for a new COE if you need to extend your visa duration. There are a few important points to remember before applying for the new CoE:
1. You have to apply for a COE at least 10 working days before you submit your visa application.
2. Submit the online endorsement of COE form and change of course duration only once. Submitting the form repeated times will delay the process
How to get a Confirmation of Enrolment?
The confirmation of enrollment or the COE is an official acceptance document issued to International students by the universities of Australia. You will receive a COE within 10 working days after submitting your international student acceptance and payment agreement.
