Who could get this visa?
You may be eligible for an eVisitor if you:
➤ intend to visit Australia only temporarily and for tourism or business visitor purposes
➤ hold an eVisitor-eligible passport
➤ are free of tuberculosis when you enter Australia
➤ are outside Australia
➤ have not been convicted of an offence or offences for which the total sentence is more than 12 months (whether or not the sentence has been served).
How long you can stay?
This is a temporary visa. We grant it for 12 months. You can enter Australia any time your eVisitor is valid and stay for up to 3 months at a time.
The eVisitor is granted with multiple entry. You can leave and re-enter Australia as many times as you want while it is valid.
The eVisitor starts on the date it is granted.
