For this new SC 192 treaty stream, Tuvaluans who fulfill the criteria have to first enter a ballot process. The ballot will open on 16 June 2025 and will close on 18 July 2025. 

🔍 How Does the SC 192 Ballot Process Work? 

🧑‍💻 Registration: Eligible persons are to enter their details for entry into the ballot during the registration period (16 June–18 July 2025). 

🎯 Random Selection: Following close of registration, the Department of Home Affairs will run a Random Selection Process. 

🔔 Notification: Those who succeed in the ballot will be emailed and given instructions on applying for their SC 192 treaty stream visa along with deadline dates for submission. 

In the applicants’ ImmiAccount, the status of their application will show “Selected”, whereas the Unsuccessful applicants will have the status “Received”.
